The annual town festival in Ljungby is truly worth a visit with it's different activities such as a talent show, sing-along, music quiz, fashion show, carnival, market, funfair and different food tents. The entire schedule for the festival is available on ljungbydagarna.se
10 am - 11 am: entertainment for children in the tent at Stora Torg. Alla children and pre-school in the country to an unforgettable show.
10 am - 2 pm: meet the emergency service, they will be answering questions and give out information outside restaurant Peking by the large square. At 11 am there will be a showing of what happens when there is fire in cooking oil and there will also be an opportunity to try and see if you can pass the témergency service treadmill test. There will also be a showing of the emergency service's equipment and vehicles and children will also have the opportunity to try on fire man clothes.
10 am - 4 pm: the church of Sweden in the rail road park. Have some Swedish fika, sing and have fun! Optional collect for the church of Sweden's international work.
10.30 - 11 am: singsong for children.
12 am: Dinner prayer, Berga vicariate.
3 pm: "Bosse's music quiz".
Lidhult's, Odensjö's and Vrå's assemblies' cantor Bo Hultsten will lead the music quiz.
Minivärlden in Ljungby. Adults 80 :- and no entrance fee is required for children up to the age of 12.
11 am - 12 am: the foods trucks will be open.
11.30 - 6 pm: visit the local government tent.
11.30 - 2 pm:
Meet Ebba from the planning department and learn what not and what to flush down the toilet. Miljötrattar and apple juice will be given out.

11.45 am - 13-15 om: lunch talk with the local government commissioner and the industrial life and development department.
2 pm - 3 pm: the music school visits the tent.
4 pm - 6 pm: integration issues. Integration co-ordinator Annelie Ingmar will be answering your questions.
12 pm: jump and playground at Godsmagasinet. Let the children play in a landscape with jumping castles, obstacle courses and gladiatior games.
1 pm - 4 pm: summer in Ljungby

2 pm - 6 pm: Ljungby celebrates 80 years as a city. Join us on a nostalgic journey. The movie "Ett ögonblick" will be shown at 2 pm and 4 pm. After the movie there will be an exhibition about the success of the business life in Ljungby. A selection of adverts from Smålänningen will also be exhibited. Where? Tingshuset, Storgatan 26.
6.30 pm: pop quiz in the tent on Stora Torg.

8 pm: taizé mass in Ljungby church.
A taizé fair is a service inspired by the worship life in the little French town Taizé. In general there is no preach, instead the mass is built up around songs, silence, reading from texts and fellowship. The Taizé choir led by Walter Bergren will participate. Priest: Ola Larsson. Collect for the Swedish Church in Athens.
8 pm: troubadour in the Ahlsell tent.
10 pm - 2 am: Harrys NightClub.
